今日は江戸川区の祭りや花火大会について紹介します！
日本では、夏になると各地で花火大会や夏祭りなどが開催され
なかでも花火大会は、多くの人が足を運ぶイベントの一つです

夏の風物詩とも呼ばれる花火大会ですが
今年は4年ぶりに各地で開催されるということもあり
国内外からの期待が高く、多くの来場者が訪れることが予測されます！

例えば、江戸川区では8月5日(土)に『江戸川区 花火大会』が開催される予定で、
19時15分から20時30分の間に、約14,000発の花火が打ち上げられます🎆
花火だけではなく、会場近くでは数多くの屋台も出店されるので
美味しい物を食べながら花火を見ることができます！
他にも、7月から9月は毎週のように関東各地で花火大会が開催される予定なので、
是非予定を合わせて行ってみてください！
浴衣や甚平を着るいい機会にもなりますよ！
花火大会は、多くの来場者で会場の混雑が予想されますので
十分に気を付けてください

このほかにも、花火大会ほど規模が大きいものではありませんが、
江戸川区の魅力が感じられる地域のお祭りもあります！

『古川まつり』
このお祭りの一番の目玉は、公園内の川に約3万匹の金魚を放流しての金魚すくい！
他にも、グルメ露店やフリーマーケット、そして夜の盆踊りまで
1日を通して楽しむことができます

Summer festival in Edogawa Ward

Today we will introduce festivals and fireworks displays in Edogawa Ward!
In Japan, fireworks festivals and summer festivals are held in various parts of the country in the summer.
Fireworks festivals are one of the most popular events in Japan.

This year, for the first time in four years, fireworks festivals, also known as summer festivals, will be held in various locations, so expectations are high and a large number of visitors are expected to come!

For example, in Edogawa Ward, the “Edogawa Ward Fireworks Festival” is scheduled to be held on Saturday, August 5th, and about 14,000 fireworks will be launched between 19:15 and 20:30🎆.
As well as fireworks, there will also be numerous food stalls near the venue, so you can watch the fireworks while eating delicious food!
Other fireworks displays are scheduled to take place every week from July to September in various parts of the Kanto region, so be sure to make plans to go along! It’s also a great opportunity to wear a yukata or jinbei (informal summer clothes for men – short jacket and trousers)!
Fireworks festivals are expected to be crowded with many visitors, so please be careful!

There are also other local festivals that are not as big as the fireworks display, but offer the charm of Edogawa Ward!

“Furukawa Festival”
The main attraction of the festival is the goldfish scooping, in which some 30,000 goldfish are released into the river in the park!
There are also gourmet stalls, a flea market and a Bon festival dance in the evening, which can be enjoyed throughout the day.

Summer tends to be a time when people tend to stay indoors due to the heat, but please enjoy yourself by taking part in events and going out☺ We also recommend going to the sea or a river to feel the negative ions!
