12月の退寮日に向けて、東洋言語学院の寮生を対象に事前訪問を行いました

事前訪問では、寮生のみなさんが学校を卒業する時や就職をする時など、
退寮前に部屋の点検をしています

壊れている物がないか、壁などに穴があいていないか、
生活する中で何か困るようなことが起きていないかなど、
寮生のみなさんと寮スタッフが一緒に確認をします

難しい粗大ごみの捨て方や、自転車をあげたり売ったりする方法など、
寮スタッフから一人一人に説明をしています
他にも、引っ越しをするときはみなさんが持っている在留カードや、
国民健康保険の住所変更についてもサポートしているので、
分からないことがあっても安心です！
丁寧なサポートが受けられるのは、
みなさんが寮に住んでいるからこそのメリットです

次に寮に入る新入生のためにも事前に部屋の点検をすることは
とても大事なこと
退寮日には、寮生がスムーズに寮を出ることができるよう
きちんと点検を行うことで
次に入寮する学生も気持ちよく住み始めることができます

Preliminary visit to dormitory room

We made a preliminary visit to the students of Toyo Language School for the day of their departure from dormitory in December.


During the pre-visit, we inspect the rooms before leaving the dormitory, such as when students graduate from school or get a job.
The dormitory students and the dormitory staff check together to see if there are any broken objects, whether there are holes in the walls, or if there are any difficulties in living.


We explain for each and every one of them how to throw away difficult garbage and how to give and sell bicycles.
Also, when students move, we support their residence card and the address change of the National Health Insurance, so students don’t have to worry about everything!
Only dormitory students can get polite support.


For the new dormitory students, it’s very important what to check rooms everyone who living now in advance.
On the day of departure from dormitory, by conducting a thorough inspection so that students can leave the dormitory smoothly, and the new dormitory students can start living comfortably.
