今週は、災害時の話

災害時でも公衆電話がつながりやすいとは言え、つながらなかった場合は、災害用伝言ダイヤルと呼ばれる、災害時にのみ使えるサービスがあります
こちらも公衆電話の利用が無料です
災害用伝言ダイヤルの番号は「171」（「イナイ」）と、とても覚えやすいです

災害用伝言で、一度の伝言で録音できるのは30秒です
失敗した場合は録音のし直しも可能なので、落ち着いて利用しましょう

友人や学校に伝えたい内容があるときには、災害用伝言ダイヤルの「録音」機能を使います

1.「171」に電話をかける
2.「1」を押して録音へ
3.録音したい友人や学校の電話番号をいれる
4.録音する
5.録音内容の再生・再録音

録音されている内容を再生したい場合にも同じく「171」に電話をかけてください

1.「171」に電話をかける
2.「2」を押して再生へ
3.録音されている友人や学校の電話番号をいれる
4.伝言を聞く

災害時伝言ダイヤルは被災地でバラバラになった人と人とをつなぐ音の伝言板です
日頃から利用する電話番号を確認する、録音内容を事前に自分で考える、もしものときにしっかりと活用できるよう、体験利用（毎月1日、15日等）を通して備えておきましょう

Learn about public telephones③

This week we’re talking about disasters.

Although it is easy to connect to public telephones even in times of disaster, there is a service called Disaster Message Dial that can be used only in the event of a disaster.
Public telephones are also free to use.
The disaster message dial number is “171” (“Inai”), which is very easy to remember.

You can record up to 30 seconds in one disaster message.
If you make a mistake, you can re-record it, so keep calm and use it.

When there is something you want to tell your friends or school, use the “recording” function of Disaster Emergency Message Dial.

1.Call “171”
2.Press 1 to record
3.Enter the phone number of the friend or school you want to record
4.Record
5.Playback/re-recording of recorded content

If you want to play back the recorded content, please call “171” as well.

2.Press “2” to play
3.Enter the recorded friend or school phone number
4.Hear the message

Disaster message dial is a sound message board that connects people who are scattered in disaster areas.
Check the phone numbers of friends and school on a daily basis, think about what to record in advance, and prepare for trial use (on the 1st and 15th of every month, etc.) so that you can use it properly in case of emergency.
