東洋言語学院提携の慶生会クリニックでは、滋慶学園グループの学生に向けたインフルエンザ予防接種を開始しました。もちろん東洋言語学院の学生も対象です。

希望する学生は、事前予約が必要です。まずは、東洋言語学院事務局まで連絡をください。電話でもZOOMの生活サポートルームでもOKです。事務局スタッフが、費用等の細かい説明や、予約、必要な書類の記入をサポートします。

新型コロナウィルスのワクチン接種も行われていますが、二回目の接種後2週間空けてください。

健康保険証・診療依頼書・予防接種料金・学生証・インフルエンザワクチン予診票

インフルエンザ予防接種について知りたいことがある学生は、まずは学校スタッフまで連絡してくださいね。

Influenza Vaccination Information

The Keiseikai Clinic, affiliated with the Toyo Language School, started offering influenza vaccinations to students of the Jikei Gakuen Group. Students of TLS are also eligible.

Students who wish to have the vaccination need to make an appointment in advance. Please contact the school first. Our staff will assist you in explaining detail such as expenses, making an appointment and filling out the required documents.

Vaccination against the new coronavirus is also offered, but it is strongly recommended that you only get the influenza shot two weeks after the second coronavirus vaccination.

On the day of your appointment you need to bring
Health insurance card, medical request form, vaccination fee, student ID card, Influenza Pre-Vaccination Screening Form
