それぞれの地域にあるので、色々な場所でスポーツを楽しむのも良いですね

今はコロナ対策のため、施設を使える時間が短かかったり、入れる人数を制限していたり、靴やボールを貸していない所もあるので、必ず行く前に事前に行きたい施設の情報を確認してくださいね

How to enjoy indoor sports at a low cost in Japan?

Isn’t there anyone who want to go to a swimming pool or a gym to get some exercise but can’t go because it’s too expensive?

In Japan, there are swimming pools, gyms, and gymnasiums that are managed by wards and cities, and they are very cheap to use.
They are located in each region, so it would be nice to enjoy sports in various places.
It depends on the place, but you can also enjoy yoga, badminton, table tennis, basketball, and so on.
If you use those sports center, maybe you can make new friends, not just at school?

Of course there is one in Edogawa City where TLS is located.
Edogawa city sports center is very cheap, it is two hundred ten yen for one use!
You can use any city sports centers even if you don’t live in the City.

Because of the coronavirus countermeasures, some facilities are only available for a short period of time, some have restrictions on the number of people allowed in, and some don’t lend shoes or balls, so please be sure to check the information about the facilities you want to go before you go.
