今日のテーマも先週に続き、日本の基本的な交通ルールパート2！
今回は日本人でもうっかり忘れてしまうことがある、注意が必要な歩行者のルールについて紹介します

①　ながらスマホをしない
スマホを見ながら歩くと、周りが見えず事故になってしまいます
②　道路を斜めに渡らない
道路を斜めに渡るのも車が歩いている人に気づかずに、事故にあうことがあります。
横断禁止の標識がある場所で道路を渡ってしまう人もいますが、これもルール違反
③　青信号がチカチカ点滅している時に横断歩道を渡らない
横断歩道を渡る前に青信号が点滅をしていたら、止まれのサイン
④　歩道のない道路では右側を歩く
車は左側通行なので、前から来る車がよく見えるようにして、事故にあわないためのルール

Basic Traffic Rules in Japan 2

Continuing from last week, today’s theme is basic traffic rules in Japan, part 2!
This time, let’s talk about the rules for pedestrians, which even Japanese people sometimes forget to pay attention to!

(1) Don’t use your phone while walking.
If you walk while looking at your phone, you will not be able to see your surroundings, which can lead to accidents!
(2) Do not cross the road at an angle.
Crossing the road at an angle may cause an accident, as cars may not notice people walking.
Some people cross the road when there is a no crossing sign, which is also against the rules.
(3) Do not cross the street when the green light is flashing.
If the green light is flashing before you cross the street, it is a sign to stop.
(4) Walk on the right side of the road when there is no sidewalk.
Cars drive on the left side of the road, so make sure you can see the cars coming from in front of you, and follow the rules to avoid accidents.
