先週に引き続き、日本の食事マナーについて紹介します！
前回は代表的なNo.1～No.5についてでしたね
今日は引き続き食事マナーと箸の使い方です

⑥テーブルに肘をついて食べない
：背筋を伸ばしてきれいな姿勢で食べるため
⑦残さず食べる
：無駄なく食べることが良いですね
最近はフードロスという言葉もよく使われていますが、これまで以上に大切なことです
⑧合わせ箸をしない
：箸と箸で料理を受け渡しすること
　日本では亡くなった方を火葬した後、合わせ箸で骨を壺に入れるので同じ行動になってしまいます
⑨刺し箸NG
：食べ物に箸を刺すことは料理に火が通っているか疑っているようで、作った人に失礼
　更に食事に箸を刺したままにするのは、亡くなった人への食事という意味にもなります
⑩かきこみ箸をしない
：お椀や茶わんに口を付けてかきこむように食べる行為
　箸がうまく使えないように見えてしまうのと、急いで食べることは健康にも良くないことです

Japanese dining manners②

Continuing from last week, we’d like to introduce you to Japanese dining manners!
Last time, we talked about the typical manners No1 to No5.
Today, let’s talk about dining manners and how to use chopsticks!

(6) Don’t eat with your elbow on the table.
To eat with a straight back and good posture.
(7) Eat without leaving any food.
It is good to eat without wasting food.
The term “food loss” is often used these days, and it is more important than ever.
(8) Don’t use matching chopsticks.
Don’t pass food with chopsticks and chopsticks.
In Japan, after cremating a deceased person, the bones are placed in the urn using matching chopsticks, so it is the same behavior.
(9) Sticking chopsticks is not allowed.
Sticking chopsticks into food is rude to the person who prepared it, as if you doubt whether the food is cooked or not.
Furthermore, leaving chopsticks stuck in the food can also mean that you are eating for a deceased person.
(10) Don’t use stirring chopsticks.
This is the act of putting your mouth on the bowl or bowl of tea and eating as if you were shoveling it in.
It makes you look like you can’t use chopsticks properly, and then eating in a hurry is not good for your health.
