先週に続いて、今日は台風が来る前にできる対策を更に3つ紹介します

④窓の内側に養生テープで固定する
　強い台風が来る時、物が飛んできて窓ガラスが割れてしまうことがあります
　窓ガラスが割れても飛び散らないために、
　使った後に取りやすい養生テープを窓の内側に貼って固定すると安心です
　最低でも縦、横、斜めにテープを貼ると良いと言われています

⑤食料や水の備蓄をしておく
　備蓄というのは、万が一の時に備えて、物を準備しておくこと
　2週間分の食ベ物や水を常に準備しておくと良いと言われています
　水、肉・魚・豆などの缶詰、乾パン、インスタントの麺やレトルト食品等、
　すぐに食べられて、日持ちも長い食べ物が最適です
　シリアルやスナック菓子も勧められています
　持ち運びしやすいバッグへ入れたり、
　1つの箱にまとめておくといざという時に使いやすいですよ

　また、いつ災害が起きてもいいように、普段から非常食を食べてロスを無くす、
　ローリングストックというものがあります
　無駄のない効率的な備蓄ができるので、ぜひ試してみてください

⑥非常用防災バッグの準備
　災害が起きた時にすぐに持って避難ができるように、必要な物をまとめたバッグ
　いつ起きるかわからない災害に備えて準備が必要です

事前に準備をしておくことで、自分の身を守ることができる
大切な対策について説明をしました

Following last week, today I’ll give you three more things you can do before a typhoon comes. If you haven’t seen last week’s blog, please read it!
Fix the window with curing tape inside the window. When a strong typhoon comes, things may fly and break the window glass.
Even if the window glass is broken, it won’t be scattered, so it’s safe to fix it by sticking curing tape inside the window which is easy to remove after use.
It is said that it is good to stick the tape vertically, horizontally and diagonally at least. one thousand four.

Stockpiling food and water Stockpiling means preparing things for an emergency.
It is said that it is good to always prepare food and water for two weeks’ worth of food. Foods that are ready to eat and have a long shelf life, such as water, canned meat, fish, and beans, biscuits, instant noodles, and retort foods, are ideal.
Cereals and snacks are also recommended. If you put them in an easy-to-carry bag or put them in one boxes, they are easy to use in an emergency.

In addition, there is a system called rolling stock, in which we eat emergency food on a regular basis to avoid losing money in case of a disaster at any time.
We can stock up efficiently without waste, so please try it. At the accident prevention disaster drill held at Toyo Language School, we also convey the importance of rolling stock to students!
