Important things in case of an emergency disaster
It is most important in case of an earthquake disaster to get information and make contact and report your situation to your family.
Please utilize us for it.
Information gathers to school easily and it is easy to make subsequent judgment.
Please make contact to us as soon as possible so that we can report your condition to your family.
In case of an emergency, Toyo Language School will provide information through Microsoft TEAMS and the website.
24-hour Support System

In preparation for emergency situations, the school has established 24-hour emergency contacts. Staff can respond immediately in the event of a traffic accident or nighttime illness.
Dormitory
Students come to Japan with big dreams, and what is important at that time is a stable living foundation. Toyo Language School has over 300 rooms in seven dormitories, equipped with everything necessary for a secure life. All dormitories are located within a 15-minute bike ride, making commuting to school convenient.
The contract period is 6 months, and the rooms are fully furnished with appliances and Wi-Fi. There is no need for initial procedures for electricity, gas, or water when moving in. We provide support for finding accommodation after the contract expires through our partnerships with real estate agencies.
You can contact the dormitory staff via Microsoft TEAMS, and the dormitory manager is available 24 hours a day to support your life as an international student.
Homestay
The number of host families and homestayers are increasing every year in Japan. Many students find that this improves their Japanese language skills and gives them a chance to actually experience Japanese culture.

Approximately 5000 homestay families are registered with the TLS-affiliated program Homestay in JAPAN!

By living in a native-speaking environment, students can improve their Japanese language proficiency.
